1. The Grantee will use the whole of the Grant exclusively for the Project as described in the application for the Grant and not for any other purpose.
  2. If the Project is not completed by the end date specified on the Application ("the Completion Date") or any extension of the Completion Date approved in writing by The Ian Potter Cultural Trust ("the Trust"), no part of the Grant may be paid out or otherwise used after the Completion Date without the approval in writing of the Trust.
  3. The Grantee must promptly advise the Trust of any material change, which may affect the Grantee's ability to undertake or complete the Project within the specified period.
  4. The Grantee must confirm to the Trust that they have received the grant funds. To do so, access GivingData, complete and submit an online receipt requirement, by the date specified by the Trust.
  5. The Grantee must keep detailed financial records to enable the use of grant funds to be checked if needed.
  6. The Grantee must acknowledge the assistance of the Trust in any published or display material related to the Project. A digital copy of the Trust's logo is available for download from the For Grantees/Acknowledge your grant section.
  7. The Grantee must give the Trust, within such period after the Project is completed as is specified by the Trust, a financial acquittal and a grant Final Report. The Report form will be made available to the Grantee online and it must be provided by the due date specified.
  8. The Grantee must ensure that all rights, consents, licences and permissions have been obtained prior to submitting images. Images sent to the Trust should include captions, the names of any people pictured and any acknowledgements required. The provision of information and images will be taken as permission to reproduce and publish.
  9. The Grantee must not engage in any activity that is reasonably likely to harm the reputation of other Trust grant recipients, the Trust or The Ian Potter Foundation.
  10. The Grantee must not seek to leverage the name or standing of the Trust or The Ian Potter Foundation and associated funding programs when expressing personal opinions.
  11. These Grant Conditions apply subject to such variations, deletions and additional conditions as may be stipulated by the Trust to the Grantee at or before payment of the grant. By accepting payment of the grant, the Grantee acknowledges that such variations, deletions and additional conditions apply to the grant.

NOTE: Failure to comply with the Standard Grant Conditions may impact any future payments made under this grant. You will not be considered for future applications submitted to the Trust and we will not be in a position to endorse you in our communications and/or with other funders.
