To wrap up 2024, we are proud to announce our new Emerging Artist Grantees, new Fellows and a newly opened Funding Round.
The Ian Potter Cultural Trust will join the Sidney Myer Fund in supporting originating artists and cultural leaders through its Creative Fellowship program. From 2024, The Trust will award two Ian Potter Creative Fellowships annually.
With 2023 coming to a close, we'd like to reflect on the significant milestone this year presented, the 30th anniversary of The Ian Potter Cultural Trust.
Welcome to the second edition of The Coronet for 2023. The past four months have been a remarkably busy time for the Trust, and I'm pleased to share an update on our latest news and developments.
Our latest funding round saw 25 emerging artists awarded grants to travel worldwide and pursue various professional development opportunities. Congratulations to our newest grantees.
The Board has approved two fundamental changes to the nature and value of grants to emerging or early-career artists to enable them to undertake professional development opportunities.
It has been a busy first half of the year for The Ian Potter Cultural Trust team, we welcomed two new staff members, Louise Joel and Paula Cruz Manrique.
